Employees will be obliged to do physical exercises in the first half of the working day
The Ministry of Health has approved the rules for physical exercises in teams. Employers are obliged to organize time for physical exercises for employees, ATPress.kz reports.
According to zakon.kz, employers must develop sets of physical exercises depending on the type of work performed, working conditions, age and gender of the employee. Exercising areas must be kept clean at all times.
Before starting, you need to ventilate the room. On average, each student should have at least 1.5 square meters of free space, with a safe place. According to the rules, physical exercises are carried out in the first half of the working day with a duration of no more than 10-15 minutes. At the same time, the set of physical exercises should be changed every 3-4 weeks. It consists of a warm-up that lasts 2-3 minutes and basic gymnastics. The warm-up consists of stretching or bending, head and body turns, walking on toes, and arms and legs rotating exercises.
Basic gymnastics includes bendings (both in a standing position and in a sitting position), squats and various rotations of the body parts, head, arms (shoulders, elbows, hands), legs (hips, knees, feet).
The load during physical exercise is increased gradually, regulating it by increasing or decreasing the number of repetitions of each exercise, changing their speed and pace of performing individual exercises, and introducing rest intervals.
Control over the execution of the order is entrusted to the supervising vice minister of health of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
